A VERY WARM
Photographing love & connection in beautiful nature settings is my specialty and passion!
I love spending time outdoors in nature. As a natural light photographer, Asheville is such a wonderful place to live and have my photography business!
I have been living in Asheville and working as a photographer since 2010. I knew and loved Asheville from my college days when I was an outdoor adventure camp counselor in the summertime, where I got to hike, backpack, raft and all the fun nature things with kids all over the Asheville area! I came back to Asheville after living in Colorado for 4 years, where I got a degree in photography and worked for a couple photography businesses.
I would describe my overall style as natural. I want to help you feel comfortable so I can capture you and your loved ones naturally and authentically.
When I am not behind the camera, I enjoy yoga classes, mountain biking, cooking it up in the kitchen, catching music shows and traveling as much as I can!
I am also expecting a little one any day now and am excited for this great new life adventure!
I have been specializing in Asheville wedding photography and Asheville portrait photography for 7+ years and have had the honor of meeting and photographing so many amazing humans (and quite a few four legged friends as well!).
Outside of photography, I love spending time with my family, trail running with our dog, mountain biking, local restaurants, amazing veggie foods, all of the cool breweries, traveling and exploring.
Asheville is such an amazing city, and I am so grateful to be based in a location with breathtaking scenery that never gets old and always looks a little bit different depending on the season, the clouds, the light, and the moment.”
‘The end result of good photography is not just a picture but a work of art. I do not believe in creating the same images over and over using different people. I believe that everyone deserves a unique experience and images that are uniquely their own. Life offers new opportunities with each passing moment to uncover uniqueness, beauty, or a deeper understanding of our surroundings. For me, photography is a means of expressing my interpretation of such moments, sharing my perspective, and encouraging others to look deeper and find their own unique moments.’
the pictures turned out perfect, and WE WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL!
