The McCormicks are such a beautiful and sweet family. This is my fifth session with them, and I always have a blast working with them as their Asheville Child Milestone Lifestyle Photographer. Caroline and James are twins, and I’ve done a newborn, six-month, 1-year, and 1.5 year session with them. It is so much fun to see them grow through the years.
About this Session
This session was a baby milestones session for the twins’ second birthday. It took place in the comfort of this family’s gorgeous home. I definitely felt that the kids were more themselves, being in their own home, and it took them less time to warm up and start having fun with the session. Inside, I got them playing and having fun with their toys. We had a ton of fun with their foam puzzle mat pieces; we built cubes and tunnels and found the first letter of each of their names.
Outside, I was able to capture them playing together with sweet, sibling love. Just look at those sweet hugs and kisses! So so sweet!!! Melts my heart! And they were so intrigued by the beautiful, bright purple flowers; they loved sniffing them and asking Mom all different questions about them. My favorite shots, however, have got to be the lovely family shots in front of their beautiful home!
It is such an incredible experience to meet such wonderful families and get to see them grow and develop through the years through lifestyle sessions such as this one. What a true blessing! The McCormicks are such an amazingly wonderful family, and I love capturing their sweet babies’ milestones. I can’t wait to see this family for their next session!
