What a beautiful elopement! Michelle and Matthew joined with their nearest and dearest for their intimate elopement at Ablemarle Inn, a destination wedding venue in Asheville, North Carolina. Any opportunity I’ve had to capture a beautiful couple in this space has been beautiful for me. I am honored to be the main photographer for Ablemarle Inn’s elopement packages. I have always found elopement charming. It is fun to capture the moments for the couple on their day that is all about them. Albemarle’s elopement package includes all the elements of any other wedding, just on a smaller scale. The outdoor area in front of the Inn is a gorgeous place for the lucky few that get to attend the event to watch the bride and groom make their commitment to each other.

Intimate Celebration of Love

Michelle and Matthew make a stunning bride and groom. They were excited and so at ease on the day of their elopement. Michelle looked beautiful with her side swept hairdo and elegant gown. Her bright bouquet popped against the white of her gown and was perfect for the outdoor ceremony. Matthew was grinning from ear to ear when she walked out and he saw her for the first time. These two were overflowing with happiness and joy. I loved capturing the moments of their special day as their elopement photographer. They are a lovely couple and so fun to capture.
