This couple is so beautiful, and they are so in love! I had such a wonderful time with them capturing such an exciting and lovely time in their lives! Brittney and Adam live in Arden and have been there for about a year, but they will marry in Illinois in a small town where Adam is from. Although I won’t be their photographer for their wedding in Illinois, I absolutely love engagement sessions and had such a blast working with these two.
Brittney and Adam’s engagement session took place at the extraordinary Biltmore Estate. Wow! Isn’t it just so grand and gorgeous, just like the love these two share for each other?! This place is very popular and is usually a zoo of people; however, we were fortunate enough to get in after hours, so no one was around. The trees and lighting were also so perfect for this shoot. Brittney wanted soft, romantic photos, and I think we accomplished just that, especially with the shots in the rose garden. How gorgeous?!
About this Engagement Session
When thinking about photo sessions, outfits may not be thought of as important aspects of a session; however, they can make a huge difference in how photos turn out. I absolutely love this couple’s outfit choices, and how they allow for everything to come together so well with the elegant location of Biltmore. As long skirts are always a great choice for photo sessions, Brittney’s skirt was a perfect choice for her beautiful engagement session. It’s so feminine, elegant, and classy. While the beautiful, blue, flower-pattern of her skirt is the only piece of clothing with a pattern, all other pieces of clothing worn are simple and clean and incorporate colors of her skirt as well. This is a great example of how to dress for a photo session.
I can’t wait for the day Brittney and Adam become husband and wife! I know their wedding will be incredibly beautiful, and I wish them a life full of love, happiness, and joy!
