Ricky and Brittney are absolutely adorable. It was clear that he put a ton of thought into this special surprise! He contacted our studio to book a surprise proposal session, and we’re happy to say it went off perfectly. My associate, Amy captured this session, and loved sharing every detail with me.
We both love capturing proposals! It’s so great to be a part of such a special and intimate moment. To be able to share moments such as these with clients is a highlight of being a photographer.Ricky and Brittney came to Asheville for a weekend vacation and Ricky had an extra surprise in store for their trip.
A Picture Perfect Proposal
Ricky picked a gorgeous spot for the entire affair at the Omni Grove Park Inn. Amy was tucked out of sight to capture the entire moment, and did so perfectly. Just look at that smile! It could not have happened on a more beautiful day. The sun was shining and the fall colors made for a stunning background at the Grove Park Inn. Ricky surprised his lovely lady by dropping down to one knee and changing both their lives forever.
She was shocked, and of course she said yes. After Amy captured the candid images of the surprise, she made sure to snap a few more shots of the couple to commemorate their big moment. The images on the veranda with the mountains in the background as the two gaze into each others eyes embody everything that a newly engaged couple should; the love, happiness and beauty surrounding them all.
