Last year when Scott & Abby visited the Biltmore at Christmas time, Abby cried when she saw the beautiful tree all lit up. So, Scott knew that this was the place he would propose the following year.  Biltmore started decorating for Christmas right around Halloween so you have plenty of time to visit and see the beautiful Christmas light setup inside and outside of the house.

For proposals, pro cameras are not allowed indoors, so I suggest proposing somewhere outside the house where you can still get the lights in the background. It makes for a magical and romantic setting for a surprise proposal! There are, of course, high volume of crowds around this time, but I can work around them and get some great photos of you two!
