Mountaintop Engagement Photographer | Jesse and Hunter

Jesse and Hunter are an adorable couple.  They recently moved to Asheville from Austin, Texas.  They love the mountains here and wanted to capture their engagement session in a very “Asheville spot”. I was more than happy to oblige, as their Mountaintop Engagement Photographer. We scheduled their adventurous engagement session to take place in one of my favorite mountain spots.  We went up the parkway to Black Balsam early in the morning, and they picked a truly beautiful day.

A Beautiful Black Balsam Day

It was supposed to storm later in the day, so the skies were really cool looking and the lighting was perfect for their outdoor engagement session.  The day started off blustery and the wind was blowing the couple’s hair all over the place, but I loved it.  It showed off that they enjoyed nature and whatever it handed them.  It also showcased the way they love an adventure with each other.  We did travel down to capture some less windy images too.  They were full of laughter and so much love for one another.  They made every bit of the Day a fun experience together.  I loved capturing the way they interacted together.
