It was a blustery, windy day on the mountaintop for this fun, laidback couples anniversary session with Megan & Ryan. They had the absolute best attitudes, and had so much fun the whole shoot, you never would know from the photos how absolutely cold and windy it was that afternoon.
This was a true example how important your attitude is going into your photo session. Try to be as relaxed as you can and just have fun with each other. It sounds simple, but that it really all it takes to get amazing photos. I will be duding you along the way, but the best of the best photos, and likely the ones you will cherish the most with time, are the ones where you show authentic selves.
I don’t do a lot of winter photo sessions, but there is one major pro to choosing this time of year. We are likely to have way less crowds at some of these iconic beautiful Asheville mountain locations. I would still advise to go with a weekday, and then there is even a chance we have the pace to ourselves!
It might be cold, but there might even be a chance of snow! And that would be so wonderful!
