If you’re from Asheville you are probably familiar with their long standing title of “Beer City, USA”. With countless local breweries, beer tours, and festivals it’s sort of the Napa Valley of beer. I recently had the pleasure of photographing a fun couple amongst this very scene for some of their engagement photos! What a wonderful day it was being their Asheville Engagement Lifestyle Photographer!

Jennifer and Thomas will be getting married at The Farm in Candler in April. But before we embark on bridal portraits, weddings, and all the formal details, we had a super fun and relaxing engagement session! We started out at French Broad River Park where we got some beautiful photos of this sweet couple. Alongside them was their spunky dog, Ace. I love incorporating pets in photos as they are truly part of the family! Another fun thing to incorporate is hobbies, which we were able to do later on at Funkatorium in downtown Asheville. Jennifer and Thomas love sour beer. It was so fun to capture them relaxing out front of one of their favorite spots enjoying a drink together. They love going to all the local breweries and tasting the beers around town, as their wedding will have several local Asheville beers on tap.
