Engagement are just so much fun. I love seeing couples in this stage of their relationship. Overflowing with love, their hearts are so bright with anticipation thinking about the future. Such was the case with these two love-birds. Neerali and Raj are two people who were born to love each other. Nothing is more apparent from the collection Amy was able to capture of them on this cloudy, gorgeous day.
A Love Like No Other
Neerali and Raj are from Raleigh and thought our beautiful mountains would be the perfect location for their engagement session. I couldn’t agree more! I love that they coordinated their outfits, without being too “matchy”. Nothing scream 90’s more than matching white button-down shirts, am I right!? The rolling clouds and foggy mist made for such a dramatic element for this session. I love the way the outline of the mountains the background is just visible.
When I asked Amy about their session together, she replied, “we traveled and explored the mountainside together, laughing and sharing stories back and forth. There are some clients that you instantly click with, and these two were definitely that way.”
I could tell that Neerali and Raj truly connected with Amy. You can tell in their ease and laid-back vibe. They were completely comfortable in front of the camera and it shows! When it comes to candid photography, confidence is key, and these two totally rocked their session. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them!
