This engagement photoshoot was so much fun! I absolutely loved getting to know Clare and Dave during this adventurous shoot! I took them to Max Patch (near Hot Springs NC), which is a part of the Appalachian Trail. This made for a gorgeous backdrop, and fit the couple’s personality perfectly! This day was full of laughs, smiles, and new memories to share!

About Clare and Dave’s Engagement Session

I just had this couple interact with each other naturally, and you could see the love between them beaming off of their faces! They couldn’t stop smiling, and I loved being able to capture this happy time in their lives for them! My favorite shots are when the sun set behind the mountains! How beautiful! I adored the fact that they included their fury friend into the mix because I know how special he is to them and is a big part of their lives! I know that these special moments are something they will cherish forever!

I am so happy for this lovely couple, and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding! They are having a sunrise ceremony at Craggy Gardens, and the reception will be held at Highland Brewing. If their engagement photos turned out this breathtaking, then I know their wedding will be pure magic!
