Pisgah Forest Wedding Photographer | Samantha and Justin

What an absolutely gorgeous day this was. I am beyond excited to share this session with you all. Samantha and Justin were recently married at the Pines Country Inn in the Pisgah Forest. My associate photographer, Amy was there to capture it all. As I scroll through this gallery I am so happy with the way this collection turned out. Cheers to Amy!!

Samantha, Justin and Foxxi. A Family at Last.

First off, let’s talk about Foxxi, their ridiculously cute and friendly Australian Shepherd. I wasn’t able to meet her myself, but from what Amy told me and of course these amazing images, I am positive I would have adored her. After talking to Amy, she let me know that wherever Samantha and Justin were, Foxxi was close in tow and happy to follow. I love when couples incorporate personal details like their sweet pups into their ceremonies and collections. Can you imagine how much these images will mean to both Samantha and Justin as they look back in 20, 30 even 50 years? They will be able to remember the amazing times with their sweet girl and always have Foxxi in their hearts. I know the images I have of my first dog are treasured possessions of mine.

As a photographer, light is vitally important to me. As a natural light photographer, it’s even more so. Let me tell you, light like this makes me swoon. I’m sure Amy will agree. The golden afternoon that these two love birds picked was picture perfect. The light, the water, the love flowing between these two….Simply perfect. I am so happy that Amy was there to capture and document such an important time in these two’s lives. Congrats to the newly weds! We have nothing but the absolute best wishes of a happy future for you two!
