Erika wanted to have hr maternity photo session at the Grove Park Inn, so I met them there one chilly, windy afternoon. Erika did so well bearing the cold! We were lucky to have a nice sunny afternoon, so that helped warm us up a bit!
Erika & Dan are just too cute together, and I could tell they are just so excited and giddy, and can’t wait to meet their little one. They decided to hold off on finding out the sex of the baby, which I think is so great! I did the same, and I have to say, that moment when you see your baby for the first time and find out if it is a boy or a girl is pretty epic! It’s totally worth the wait, in my opinion!
When I sent Erika her photos, she absolutely loved them and replied “Oh my goodness… MEGHAN!!! We absolutely friggin’ LOVE these photos! They are so beautiful! I wish you lived closer and I’d tell you to take newborn pictures for us! haha. Thank you for being such an easy person to take photos with and being so kind and easy to talk to! Any time any friends of mine want to babymoon in Asheville, I will drop your name! Thank you again, so so so much.”
I wish I could take their newborn photos as well! I hope they come back to Asheville with their little one so I can meet him or her and take more family photos for this sweet family!
