I have so much love for this family! The Giles’ are some of my Asheville friends, and I have had several opportunities to capture their true love for one another. I have done several sessions for this sweet couple, including their wedding and both of their children’s newborn photos. Let’s just say that they are super special people, and have a big place in my heart!

The Giles’ are such cute and fun folks, and are seriously the nicest people you could meet. It’s families like these that remind me of why I love my job so much. It is such a joy to watch your dear friends and their little families grow up right in front of your eyes. And to be able to capture moments in between is a true honor of mine. I love watching these sweet kids grow up and see the Giles’ family grow. It is so special for me to be intimate with these amazing people.

One of my favorite aspects of this session was just how natural and easy going every one seemed to be. Although there were a few of the must-have poses intertwined into the session, most of the images I took were of these four simply being a family. The relationships between them all are so real. I loved letting the kids have fun and playing with one another, as well as playing with mommy and daddy! These kiddos are so adorable, with smiles and giggles in almost every image! It was so cute watching their little curious bodies going on adventures around the park – looking, climbing, exploring. It was also nice to see mom and dad getting in on the fun, too!

The Giles Family is a family full of love, play, and laughter. I am so lucky to be a part of their lives, and look forward to many more sessions with them in the future!
